The 736 heat-resistant sealant is a one-part, nonslump silicone sealant formulated for applications with continuous exposure to temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) and intermittent exposure to 315°C (600°F). Suited for encapsulating heating elements in appliances, the sealant will not sag or run upon application and can be applied overhead or on side walls. It complies with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 and meets NSF International Standard 51 for direct contact with food. Dow Corning, www.dowcorning.com
