Thermique heated glass, used as shelving within the merchandiser, radiates heat and heats food products inside the shelf. The new 240-V temperature control technology controller for Thermique can allow sizes up to 8 ft in length. Sensitive enough to detect a temperature change anywhere on the glass, the controller quickly adjusts power to maintain a precise temperature.
