Custom Appliance Insulation Solutions
Thermal/Acoustical Modeling and Design: At Lydall, our modeling and design experience allows us to identify, predict and validate performance characteristics of appliance insulation packages and limit the need for costly prototypes in the beginning stages of design, when specifications may be still in development.
Materials Science: Lydall engineers have unparalleled knowledge of the structure, properties and processing characteristics of a broad array of materials. When customers are looking for a thermal or acoustical insulation package to meet their performance and/or process requirements, trust Lydall to choose from an assortment of appropriate, cost-effective materials resources to meet any need.
Materials Testing and Application Support: Lydall performs tests based on international standards organizations such as ASTM and ISO, as well as OEM-specific requirements and our own strict quality standards.
We understand the importance of meeting these requirements, and have the knowledge and contacts to test insulation package, parts and materials at appropriate and credible off-site facilities when necessary.
