Designed for refrigeration coil manufacturing and repair, a zinc-aluminum alloy combined with a noncorrosive cesium flux can reportedly simplify the aluminum brazing process by expanding the available temperature range for effective metal bonding by more than 300%. Available in preforms, spooled wire, and rod, the patent-pending ChannelFlux ZA-1 allows manufacturers to transition away from costly copper tubing to aluminum. Bellman-Melcor LLC
