According to the company, its 4305 paper masking tape was designed around the specific painting needs of vehicle suppliers and OEMs. The tape is comprised of a finely creped, strong and stretchable paper backing coupled with a unique “quick stick” adhesive allowing for easy and safe application to virtually any vehicle surface, including painted metal, rubber, glass, and chrome. The powerful backing/adhesive combination is said to resist oven-drying temperatures of up to 120°C (250°F) and remove easily without tearing or leaving residue after the drying process is complete.
