A brochure from Thermik highlights the company’s offering of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor sensors. According to the literature, the sensors are temperature-sensitive, semi-conductive resistors, also known as motor protection sensors or PTC resistors. The sensors are fitted with a basic insulation cover (cap) as standard. The sensors are said to be ideal for installation in limited space surroundings and are suitable for mounting into and onto windings.
