The JD series of keylock switches are designed for point-of-sale terminals, cash registers, computers, control panels, appliances, and medical equipment. The switches have a maximum current rating with resistive load of 4 A at 125 V a.c. or 2 A at 250 V a.c. According to the company, the expected life for the switches is 6,000 cycles at full load. Other electrical specifications include an initial contact resistance of 20 m? and maximum and dielectric strength of 1,000 V rms minimum at sea level. The keylocks are available in single pole and double pole, solder lug terminals, maintained and momentary, panel mounting, and with indexing of 45 and 90 degrees.
