The company says its New Generation 90 Draft Inducer creates a greater amount of flow at higher pressure, while producing less noise and pure tones. The draft inducer requires a smaller motor for a given amount of performance, according to the company, and maintains the same mounting pattern to fit existing collector boxes.
The blower can be de-rated to be backwards compatible with existing blowers, or it is possible to specify a high-powered blower for extended furnace vent lengths. Application flexibility is built into the unit.
