Factory calibrated to user specifications with either fixed or adjustable settings, the company says its TL Series thermostats are ideally suited for heating control due to their wide temperature control range. Suited for foodservice equipment and commercial and industrial heating devices such as irons, grills, electric ovens, and electric blankets, the thermostats are available in three models and are said to offer an operating temperature from room temperature to 518°F. The company says the thermostats are rated at 100,000 cycles with an input voltage of 150 V a.c., 10 A, resistive and can be ordered with either set screw or adjustment shaft. Installation or replacement is reportedly easy with a simple screw and 4.2-mm hole. Other features include dielectric strength of 1,500 V a.c. per minute, nickel-plated steel terminal options of either screw or solder terminals, and UL and CUL certification on most TL Series products.
