Talk about feature-rich. The Samsung SPH-i700 from Samsung Telecommunications America (Dallas, TX, U.S.) is not only a mobile phone, but also a PDA and digital camera. Part of Samung’s MIT (Mobile Intelligent Terminals) series, the smart device is designed for business professionals who need both voice and data communication capabilities while on the go.

The SPH-i700 comes with caller ID, speakerphone, 3-way calling capability, voice recognition software, two-way text
messaging, and infrared. Other features include voice recording and the ability to synchronize phone and PC calendars using ActiveSync®. It also has wireless Internet and e-mail capabilities.

The integrated camera includes a rotating camera lens, resolution and quality settings, white balance, exposure settings, timer, thumbnail and slideshow views, and picture zoom.

The color LCD display has a touch-screen with a resolution of 240 by 320 pixels. Based on a 300-MHz Intel Xscale processor, the smart phone has 64 MB of memory, plus SD memory expansion capabilities. It also supports MP3 and WAV formats (through Microsoft® Windows Media™ Player) to play games and download music and video files.
