New literature from Columbus Industries, Inc. highlights the company's new POLYSORBâ„¢ activated carbon filters. According to the literature, the high-quality activated carbon used in POLYSORB is one of the most naturally porous structures known - 1 cu ft provides approximately 200 million sq ft of surface area. This reportedly gives the product tremendous adsorptive capacity and allows it to function as an extremely efficient net, which snares and traps odors and impurities within its vast network of microscopic channels. Applications for the product include residential furnace, vacuum, and air cleaner filters, commercial HVAC filters, and pet care products. Columbus Industries, Inc./a>
