According to the company, its rotary solenoids are designed so the torque from the solenoid is constant throughout the rotary stroke at a 25-percent duty cycle. The solenoids are available in any of five standard rotary stroke angles up through 95 degrees and torque ratings from 0.10 to 115 in/lb, depending on solenoid size, rotary stroke angle, and input wattage. Standard options include return springs, shaft extension locations, dust covers, and tapped mounting holes. Typical applications include production equipment, medical instrumentation, braking systems, electrical switchgear, and more.
