By adding the PosiFlow family of programmable, positive-displacement continuous-flow metering pumps, the company says it has expanded its metering portfolio, now offering the widest range of liquid dispensing technology in the industry. PosiFlow metering technology can be integrated with robotic equipment to provide programmable dispensing solutions for applications such as formed-in-place gaskets, packaging, potting, and encapsulation and structural bonding. Dispensable materials include silicones, epoxies, polyurethanes, and acrylics. The PosiFlow is said to be well suited for dispensing highly filled materials such as microsphere-filled epoxies, aluminum-oxide-filled thermally conductive silicones, and copper brazing pastes.
