Dacor's 30-inch Microwave Convection Hood, Model PCOR30, combines a microwave, a convection oven, and a hood together into a one compact appliance. The unit is equipped to provide 850 W of microwave cooking power and is constructed with a 1.1 cu ft stainless steel oven interior. The oven has a combination mode that uses both the microwave for speed and the convection oven for browning and crisping.

Dacor says this combination mode makes roasting chicken or baking blueberry muffins easier than ever in terms of speed and cooking quality.

Other features of the unit:

  • on-screen cooking guide
  • child safety locks
  • a keep-warm function
  • three light settings - work, night, or programmable night mode
  • 300 cubic feet per minute (CFM) blower or an optional remote blower
  • two-level cooking rack
  • 13-inch turntable that can be disabled when using larger oblong dishes
  • kitchen timer

The fan controls allow variations in blower speed and even delayed time settings.

This combination appliance is said to be the only one of its kind approved for installation over Dacor's commercial style Epicure 30-inch dual fuel range.

The Model PCOR30 is 30 inches wide, 16 inches high, and 15 inches deep. It is offered in stainless steel, black, and arctic white.
