Floor care maker Electrolux Home Care Products named David Voights vice president of product development. Rob Newcombe has been promoted to vice president of marketing, and Greg Miller has been named vice president of sales. In addition, John Coghlan, president of Beam Industries, a division of Electrolux Home Care Products North America, is retiring effective March 1, 2006.
