Kelon Sues Ex-Chairman Gu Mar 2, 2006 |

Four subsidiaries of China's biggest refrigerator maker, Guangdong Kelon Electrical Holdings Ltd., are taking legal action against Gu Chujun, the former chairman of the company who has been investigated for financial improprieties and who was arrested in 2005. Gu was officially removed as Kelon chairman in Aug. 2005.
The Kelon subsidiaries want 328 million yuan (approx. U.S. $40.8 million) as well as other unspecified forms of compensation. (XINHUA)
