eWAN, Inc. of Santa Ana, California, U.S., said it received its first deliveries of its Triple Play set-top device, combining IPTV, VOIP, data, and video capability.

"For the first time, home and small business consumers will be able to tailor their television viewing over standard home broadband Internet with the same functionality as TIVO," said eWAN President Scott Kettle. "We expect to rapidly sell out our first consignment to our national customers who have been waiting patiently to be among the first to experience the expanded choices, lower cost and new services we offer via high-speed broadband connection.

"We are ahead of the competition, and as consumers eventually receive the majority of their information and entertainment over the Internet, our 'Triple Play' device will become the indispensable mode of choice," added eWAN CEO William J. Kettle

The company specializes in broadband network solutions, including high-speed Internet access, data, gaming, voice and video services.
