National Presto Industries, Inc. announced third quarter sales were U.S. $ 39.5 million, compared to $39.8 million in the third quarter of 2004. Net earnings were $2.7 million compared to $2 million in 2004.
For the first 9 months of 2005, the electric housewares OEM, based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, U.S., reported net sales of $109.6 million, compared to $89.5 million in the previous year. Presto's net earnings were $5.5 million, compared to $4.9 million the year before.
