Toshiba Delays U.S. HD DVD Player Launch Sep 28, 2005 |

Japan's Toshiba Corp. said it would delay its launch of next-generation HD DVD players in the U.S. market to around February or March, revising its prior plan for a year-end start date.
Toshiba, Japan's second-largest electronics conglomerate, said it still planned to introduce HD DVD players in the Japanese market by year-end. (Reuters)
