Appliance maker Dacor announced it named Elaine Chaney senior vice president of marketing and sales. In her new role, Chaney is responsible for marketing, sales and product development efforts, and will serve as a member of Dacor's business development team.
Chaney previously worked at Kraft Foods as marketing manager at first and later joined Dover Industries, food preparation equipment maker, where she held various positions such as manager of Field Support Services; product manager of Food Systems Group; and vice president of sales and marketing. Most recently, she served as the vice president of marketing for Aramark, a food and support services company.
In addition, Chaney's predecessor, Dave Wick, is transitioning to a new role as senior vice president and chief advisor to CEO, Mike Joseph. Wick joined Dacor in 1983 as a district sales manager in the Midwest and later served in the positions of regional sales manager, vice president of sales, and most recently as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
