Earlex® Ltd., a Guildford, UK maker of electrical housewares and floor care products, announced it has formed Earlex®, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, U.S. to market the company’s brand of steam cleaners, Ewbank® carpet sweepers, carpet shampooers, and cordless vacuums to the U.S. and Canada. The company said it also plans to introduce power tools, wallpaper steamers, and paint sprayers.
