Spain's Fagor Fully Acquires Brandt Apr 13, 2005 |

Spanish home appliance company Fagor said it has reached an agreement with Israel's Elco Holding Ltd. unit Elco Holland BV to fully acquire its French division Brandt for 162.5 million euros (approx. U.S. $209.1 million).
Fagor launched a binding offer for Brandt in March. (AFX)
