Both Heat & Glo(TM) and Heatilator(R) brands from fireplace manufacturer Hearth & Home Technologies(TM) received five Vesta Awards at the Hearth, Patio & Barbecue Association Expo.

Presented by Hearth & Home magazine, the Vesta Awards recognize hearth and barbecue products that demonstrate innovative design and technology.

For the fourth time in 5 years, Hearth & Home Technologies has taken top honors at the show. This year, the Heat & Glo Paloma(TM) freestanding gas stove (pictured) won Best-in-Show, as well as the Gas Stoves & Inserts category award. The Paloma features a European-design with a compact footprint, parabolic shape, and double glass tinted front.

Heat & Glo also won the Gas Fireplaces category award with its Aqueon(TM) hydrogen-burning fireplace. The Aqueon is said to be the world's first commercially available in-home hydrogen appliance.

In the Venting & Ducting category, the Heat & Glo Perennia(TM) gas fireplace with HeatLogic(TM) won. The HeatLogic technology enables homeowners to adjust the amount of heat radiating from the fireplace without sacrificing flame height or appearance.

In addition, Heatilator captured the Gas Logs category award for its Fireside Grand Oak Log Set. The Firebrick(R) Direct Vent Termination Cap and European Copper Termination Cap from Heatilator were also Vesta finalists in the Venting & Ducting category.

"We're excited to be recognized by the industry for the technology and design innovations we bring to market," said Brad Determan, president of Hearth & Home Technologies. "As we move forward, we'll continue to push technological and design boundaries to develop products that transform how consumers can use fire in the home to meet their functional and lifestyle needs."
