LG Electronics, IBM Korea to End PC Joint Venture Sep 14, 2004 |

LG IBM PC Co. said it will dissolve the joint venture into its separate parent companies, LG Electronics (LGE) and IBM Korea, effective Jan. 1, 2005.
In November 1996, LGE and IBM Korea established the joint venture capitalized at 24.3 billion won (approx. U.S. $21.21 million). (Yonhap)
