Konica, Minolta European Headquarters Now Konica Minolta May 1, 2004 |

Business appliance makers Konica and Minolta have integrated their management worldwide, and the companies¹ headquarters have now been officially registered and are operating with the combined Konica Minolta name. The new companies have taken over all rights and obligations of the former Konica Business Machines Deutschland GmbH, Konica Europe GmbH, and Minolta Europe GmbH companies.
New companies formed under the integration include Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH, located in Langenhagen, Germany, and Konica Minolta Photo Imaging Europe GmbH, located in Hohenbrunn, Germany.
