Appliance retailer Lowe's Companies, Inc. announced at its annual meeting of shareholders that the company has promoted Robert F. Hull Jr. to executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Hull has served as senior vice president and CFO since March 2003.
According to the retailer, he will continue to be responsible for accounting, credit, risk management, tax, treasury, investor relations, financial planning, administration, and loss prevention.
Mr. Hull joined Lowe's in 1999 and has more than 18 years of retail and financial management experience. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and is a certified public accountant.
