John Gibson Mullan has joined the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission as general counsel. In this position, Mr. Mullan will perform several functions, such as providing advice and counsel to the chairman and commissioners, coordinating petitions and rulemaking, and enforcing federal safety standards.
