Electrolux Outdoor Products, Canada has chosen ServiceBench, Inc., a provider of Web-based service supply chain management applications, today to streamline its service operations via the Web. The new system reportedly enables faster, more accurate warranty claims operations and in-depth data analyses that provide a detailed picture of key service-related trends.

Electrolux Outdoor Products, Canada will now be able to fully automate the claims submission and payment processes for its service technicians providing support for Sears Canada branches and numerous independent lawn and garden centers.

The new system will also provide Electrolux Outdoor Products, Canada with the ability to analyze key data including repair trends, service history, and parts usage.
