ASKO Chooses ServiceBench for Web-Enabled Service Supply Chain

ServiceBench, Inc., a provider of Web-based service supply chain management applications, announced that ASKO North America, a manufacturer of washers, dryers, and dishwashers, has chosen ServiceBench to automate its service supply chain via the Web.

The supplier says that ASKO can now easily process warranty claims and payments using its ClaimCenter and PaymentCenter solutions, while managing and analyzing critical service related data with PerformanceCenter.

"Our alliance with ServiceBench is another important milestone for ASKO, as we take enormous pride in the quality of our appliances and their time-saving, value-driven efficiencies," Steve Piro, president of ASKO, said in a statement announcing the partnership. "ServiceBench enables ASKO to strengthen that legacy with significantly enhanced service operations, ensuring that our customer relationships are the best they can possibly be."
