Outdoor cooking appliance maker Eastman Outdoors® (Flushing, MI, U.S.) has introduces its Wok King™, a commercial wok cooking station that can be added to an outdoor barbecue.

The Wok King has a patented high-BTU Big Kahuna(TM) burner that is said to offer efficiency in propane usage, low-carbon monoxide output, and very high heat, much hotter than most stovetops.

According to the company, most Hawaiian luau style meals can be cooked five to 10 min.

The Wok King line includes both 18-in and 22-in carbon steel and stainless steel woks and features the Big Kahuna Burner(TM) with telescopic legs and a flip top grate for woks or pots. The flip top grate reportedly makes the Big Kahuna Burner versatile for other uses such as frying a turkey, a crab boil, or frying chicken wings

"The Wok King gives barbecue fans a way to make their favorite stir fry while enjoying the outdoors in summer," Rob Eastman, president of Eastman Outdoors, says in a written statement.
