George Koch Sons LLC, a designer and manufacturer of coating systems, named Steve Church as president and David Carl as vice president of Engineering. Mr. Church formerly worked at GE, Barnes & Thornberg, and Thompson Consumer Electronics. Mr. Carl has been with the company for 26 years in several engineering and management roles. Former president James Muehlbauer will become chairman.
