Power tool manufacturer The Black & Decker Corporation announced that it will hold a conference call on Jan. 29, 2004, following the release of its fourth-quarter 2003 results.
The call is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m., E.T., U.S.
The conference call will be webcast over the Internet via the company web site at www.bdk.com. A webcast replay of the conference call will also be available via the web site.
