Manitowoc Ice Excels In Customer Satisfaction

Manitowoc Ice, Inc., an industry leader in ice machines, reported that it scored a 95-percent customer satisfaction level based on an independent study conducted by Advantage Research, Inc.

Categories included in the research were, reliability and dependability, service support, appearance, ease of cleaning, speed of ice production and value. A regression analysis was used to determine overall customer satisfaction within the categories.

"This survey was conducted in order to better understand the satisfaction levels of our customers," stated Mike Rimrodt, Product Manager for Manitowoc Ice. "We felt we were supplying our customers with unparalleled customer satisfaction and this survey validates our assumptions."
