Xerox Corporation’s Board of Directors elected Michael D. Brannigan to the additional post of corporate vice president. As senior vice president of the company’s North American field sales operations, Mr. Brannigan is responsible for a direct sales force of 2,500 that sells and supports Xerox products and services in the U.S. and Canada.
