X-Rite, Incorporated, a maker of color measurement devices, announced the appointment of Michael C. Ferrara to its board of directors and to CEO. Mr. Ferrara will continue to serve as the company’s president.
The company also announced the appointment of Mary E. Chowning to vice president, chief financial officer, and secretary.
