Sony to Release New DVD Recorders with High-Capacity HDD

Sony Corp. said it will release four new models of its DVD player/recorders from Oct. 21, two of which are equipped with high-capacity hard-disk drives (HDD).
The electronics maker said the RDR-HX10 model is equipped with a 250-gigabyte HDD, one of the largest of its kind, and is able to record up to 325 hours of video data. (Kyodo News)
