Eastman Chemical Co. (Kingsport, TN, U.S.) announced on Thursday that it has named Renee Hornbaker a director on its board, expanding the plastic company’s board to 10 members.
Mr. Hornbaker, 51, is chief financial officer of Flowserve Corp., a supplier of pumps to the chemical, petroleum, and power industries.
Mr. Hornbaker's term expires in 2004.
