The board of directors of Whirlpool Corporation, at its regular meeting in Chicago, IL, U.S., declared a quarterly dividend of U.S. $0.34 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 15, 2003, to common stock holders of record at the close of business on Aug. 29, 2003.
