The World Trade Organization (WTO) issued a final report rejecting Japan's claims that U.S. antidumping duties on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products violate WTO rules.

The report, drafted by a WTO dispute-settlement panel, would mark Japan's first loss in a series of disputes over U.S. antidumping duties. (Kyodo News)
