Wal-Mart Stores has realigned its senior management team, appointing Tom Coughlin to executive vice president and vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores. In addition, Mike Duke was named executive vice president and CEO of the Wal-Mart Stores division, assuming Mr. Coughlin’s former title.
