Victor Co. of Japan (JVC) said it will release a 26-inch liquid crystal display (LCD) TV set on Aug 1. The LT-26LC4 is reportedly the first 26-inch flat-screen TV and offers high-definition images made possible by JVC's plasma-display panel technology, the Yokohama, Japanese-based company said.
