NEC Corp said it will reenter the U.S. cell phone market with the July 28 launch of an Internet-capable handset that has a color liquid crystal display. The major Japanese electronics company said the cell phone will be sold through dealers of AT&T Wireless Services Inc, owned 16 percent by Japan's dominant cell phone service provider NTT DoCoMo Inc.
