TAG to Distribute Motorola Consumer Products

The Advantage Group (TAG), a distribution organization servicing custom installers, system integrators, and installing retailers, announced that it has reached an agreement with Motorola, Inc.’s Broadband Communications Sector, authorizing TAG members to distribute Motorola broadband, wireless, home-entertainment, and consumer electronics products. According to TAG, under the agreement, all of its members will soon be able to offer "connected home" broadband consumer electronics products from Motorola’s consumer solutions business. This business leverages Motorola’s retail brand presence and global leadership in cable modems and digital set-tops to promote broadband connectivity in and around the home, according to the company.
