Appointment of Two Executives

The Board of Directors has announced the election of two members of the organization to new positions. Susan Chase Korin has been named Chief Executive Officer and David J. Chase has been named President.
Ms. Korin, formerly COO, has been with the organization for 12 years. Ms. Korin graduated from St. Mary’s University in Minnesota with a B.A. in Business Administration. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Croydon Group, a business-to-business publisher in Rockford, IL.
"One of the advantages of being a small media company, is our ability to be flexible and to act quickly," said Ms. Korin. "We have adapted to the times and are looking toward the future, even in this difficult economic climate. Working in conjunction with the Board, we have developed a strategic vision for providing comprehensive, quality marketing vehicles to reach the markets we serve now and in the future."
David Chase, in addition to his position as President, will remain as Publisher of the company’s four publications. Mr. Chase has been with the organization for 10 years. He holds a B.A. in both Political Science and History from DePauw University in Indiana.
"We are definitely optimistic about our future and looking forward to growth," Mr. Chase said. "We feel we can achieve this growth by applying our proven strategy to other magazines and media properties. I am excited about my new position and the opportunities it allows me in terms of strategic planning. I will be working closely with our new CEO to see that we capitalize on the opportunities before us."
Dana Chase, Jr., formerly President/CEO, has been re-elected Chairman. He will retain the position as Editorial Director.
