2003 Awards of Excellence in Metalforming Announced

Six companies have been honored with Awards of Excellence in Metalforming from the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). Presented annually, the awards recognize the high standards of achievement set by the metalforming industry in a wide variety of areas, including training, quality, design, safety, process control, productivity, environmental improvement, product development, and education.

The winners were recognized at a special ceremony during Metalform 2003. They include:

Trico Products Group, Brownsville, TX, U.S., received the A.R. Hedberg Training & Education Award
M.S. Willett, Inc., Cockeysville, MD, U.S., received the Parkview Metal Products Excellence in Quality Assurance Award and the Vibro/Dynamics Corp. Productivity Award
A.J. Rose Mfg. Co., Avon, OH, U.S. received the PMA-Higgins Design Award
Anchor Mfg. Group, Inc., Cleveland, OH, U.S. received the Seastrom Safety Award and the Signature Technologies Process Control Award
SKD Automotive Group, Brampton Division, Brampton, ON, received the William O. Jeffrey III IRMCO Environmental Improvement Award
Trico Products Corp., Brownsville, TX, U.S., received the Ulbrich Award for Competitive Excellence in Product Development
