Four Resign From Applica's Board Feb 13, 2003 |

Small electrics appliance maker Applica Inc. said four inside members of its board resigned as part of the company's efforts to improve corporate
governance.
The board's size will decrease to 11 members, with seven considered independent as defined by the rules of the New York Stock Exchange.
Applica said directors Barbara Friedson Garrett, Desmond Lai, Arnold Thaler and Raymond So resigned.
