Sansui to Focus on Flat CTVs

In tune with the emerging trend in the Indian CTV market, Sansui Ltd. plans to shift its focus from conventional CTV models to the flat CTV segment. With this objective, the company is planning to upgrade its existing ratio of conventional CTV models to flat CTV models from a 75:25 ratio to 65:35 by October 2003. The company plans to shift its focus from three conventional CTV models, and launch three new flat CTV models by October 2003. The company said the flat CTV market, which constitutes 20 percent of the overall 7 million CTV unit segment, is currently growing at the rate of 20 percent this year. (The Financial Express)
