According to the company, Walden W. O'Dell was elected director, taking the place of William G. Roth. At this time, Mr. O'Dell is chairman of the board, president, and chief executive officer of Diebold, Incorporated.
The company reprts that four current directors were also reelected to 3-year terms: Steven R. Booth, Linda G. Alvarado, David V. Brown, and John E. Major.
