Toshiba in association with HCL Infosystems Ltd., a leading information-enabling and integrating company, is opening "Toshiba World" retail outlets in six or seven Indian cities, a company official said on Monday.

Kolkata, Chennai, and Mumbai are among the Indian cities on the list, reported Jyotin Verma, country head of Sales and Marketing for HCL Infosystems, after the inauguration of the companies’ second showroom in Bangalore. The first flagship Toshiba retail outlet was opened in New Delhi.

The showrooms showcase the latest mobile PC products and technologies from Toshiba, providing a first-hand experience of the products including notebooks, tablet PCs, and other hand-held devices, he said. (Asia Pulse)
