Slovenian appliance maker Gorenje announced that it has appointed a new five-member management board, to be headed by Franjo Bobinac, the new CEO and currently a member of the company’s outgoing management board. The new board will include Drago Bahun; Frank Kosec, Andrej Vizjak, and Ziga Debeljak. Outgoing CEO Joze Stanic will remain with the company for 2 to 3 more months.
